REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY - Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags still attached. Kindly be aware that if you received a complimentary item as part of a special offer and decide to return a portion of your order, the complimentary item must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

RETURNS - For customers located in the Netherlands, we are pleased to offer free returns for exchanges/store credit refunds. Unfortunately, for our other customers, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Head in the Clouds is NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred or any lost packages during returns.

REFUNDS - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Disclaimer:

- All products that are bought on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store credit. This store credit can then be used on our website. We are unable to process sale returns to the original payment method. If you do prefer a refund to the original payment method, please contact us by e-mail. Because customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we will be flexible.
